I have been with Imperial for more than 25 years and that is largely due to the culture here. Our Global Business Services operation in Krakow is a key part of the Imperial Brands finance eco-system. It will be the fastest growing, and soon the largest, single finance team across the entire Imperial Brands organisation, delivering high quality support to local finance business partners and valuable data and analytics to support better and faster decision making across the globe.

Marta (People and Culture Business Partner)

My experience at Imperial started in 2016 when I joined the team as an intern, after a short break working elsewhere, I decided come back to Imperial in 2017 because I missed the working environment here. Since then, I have had a number of roles, in both the recruitment team and the HR Ops team, which have allowed me to develop both soft skills and harder technical skills.

My development has always been prioritised here. I have been encouraged and supported to move through many positions, from Junior to Senior. I have recently joined our newly created GBS team as the People and Culture Business Partner, and I must say, I am super excited to be part of the team that is going to build a new chapter for Imperial.
