Work Flex

When you first join us at Imperial, you’ll need to spend a lot of time in the office as you take part in inductions, training and get to know new colleagues, processes and ways of working. Our space has been designed to encourage creative thinking and collaboration to allow everyone to feel comfortable and be able to focus. We will establish a working from home policy, subject to local COVID restrictions and protocols, as we continue to embed our new teams and functions into our future.


As well as our standard 26 days holiday we also offer two extra days off across Christmas and New Year so you can make the most of the holiday season.
